Tenebris Corporation announces the withdrawal of the temporary Femto Credit (f₡) purchase restrictions introduced on 20 March 2017 in response to public statements made by the Swedish Prime Minister concerning the Human Control and Integrity System (HCIS).
On 19 March 2017, the Swedish Prime Minister publicly denounced HCIS, alleging structural wrongdoing and drawing comparisons with slavery.
In response, Tenebris representative Paul announced the following restriction on 20 March 2017, with immediate effect:
States purchasing Femto Credit through Tenebris Corporation were deemed ineligible for further purchases if either of the following conditions applied:
• The Swedish krona formed part of the state’s national currency basket.
• The state held Swedish krona with a value equivalent to USD 1,000,000,000 or more.
The restriction applied to the relevant states’ eligibility to purchase Femto Credit through Tenebris Corporation.
Following implementation, substantial selling of Swedish-krona holdings by external institutions and governments contributed to severe disruption in Swedish financial markets.
The Swedish Prime Minister resigned on 20 March 2017.
Effective 21 March 2017, Tenebris Corporation has lifted the restrictions introduced on 20 March.
Affected states may resume Femto Credit purchases through the ordinary authorised channels, subject to applicable financial and transaction requirements.
The measures relating to this incident are concluded.
Further operational notices will be issued where necessary.
