Notice Regarding the United States National-Security Designation Concerning Tenebris

Tenebris Corporation provides the following limited notice concerning the national-security designation adopted by the Government of the United States of America on 5 October 2026.
The United States Government has formally designated its relationship with Tenebris as a “Serious National Security Issue of the United States of America”.
The designation establishes an enhanced domestic national-security framework concerning qualifying anti-Tenebris conduct, activity and rhetoric.

Under the adopted framework, qualifying anti-Tenebris conduct, activity and rhetoric are designated as matters presenting a serious threat to United States national security.

Determinations concerning the applicable classification threshold fall within the authority of the United States Government.
The qualifying criteria remain United States Government classified information.

United States–Tenebris Military Co-operation
Following the adoption of the designation, President Donald Trump announced that the United States had secured “mutual cooperation” between Tenebris forces and United States special-operations forces.
The arrangement establishes a recognised framework for co-operation between the respective military organisations.

Institutional Authority

The national-security designation, domestic surveillance classification and associated enforcement measures are decisions of the United States Government.
Tenebris military participation remains subject to the applicable Tenebris command structure and the governing legal framework of the Imperial Federation of Omniverse (IFO).
The United States designation does not transfer authority over Tenebris military forces or Tenebris Prime’s licensed command to United States institutions.
