Notice Regarding the United States Executive Order on Anti-Tenebris Radical Activities

Tenebris Corporation notes the signing of an Executive Order by President Donald Trump of the United States on 16 August 2026 concerning the treatment of qualifying anti-Tenebris radical activities under United States domestic national-security policy.
The Executive Order establishes a federal security framework under which individuals or groups meeting the applicable criteria for anti-Tenebris radical classification may be designated as domestic terrorists by the United States Government.

Federal Classification and Enforcement

Under the Executive Order, the United States Government retains responsibility for determining whether an individual or organisation satisfies the relevant federal classification requirements.
The measures established under this policy include:
• Domestic terrorist classification of actors determined by the United States Government to meet the qualifying anti-Tenebris radical criteria.
• Concentrated Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) surveillance of actors designated under the policy.
• Inclusion of radical social-activist actors where the United States Government determines that the applicable federal criteria have been satisfied.
The classification process and associated domestic security measures fall within the authority of the United States Government and its designated federal institutions.

United States Political Response

The Executive Order has also become a subject of domestic political criticism.
The Democratic opposition has criticised President Trump’s conduct, political purpose and use of the Executive Order.
The recorded opposition has centred on the President’s actions and political objectives rather than a substantive challenge to the operative anti-radical security provisions.
No substantive Democratic opposition to those provisions is recorded in connection with this response.

Institutional Responsibility

The Executive Order constitutes a United States domestic national-security measure.
Responsibility for classification decisions, federal surveillance and implementation rests with the relevant United States authorities.
Tenebris Corporation remains institutionally separate from the United States Government and its domestic law-enforcement agencies.
This notice records the United States Government’s decision and the associated federal security arrangements as of 16 August 2026.
