Tenebris Corporation hereby announces the implementation of the Earth Network Transparency Arrangement, authorised by the Imperial Federation of Omniverse (IFO) Central Government.
Effective 12 December 2013, selected official information concerning the Imperial Federation of Omniverse will be made accessible to Earth through a dedicated Earth-facing internet interface.

Published parliamentary materials are limited to Earth-related matters approved for disclosure. The complete ordinary proceedings of the IFO Parliament are not included within this arrangement.
The information provided through these services is subject to the publication authority and applicable regulations of the IFO Central Government.
Tenebris Corporation will maintain the authorised Earth-facing access interface and provide relevant operational notices where necessary.
