Tenebris Corporation hereby announces that Tenebris Prime has resigned from his position as Earth Envoy, effective 2 February 2024.
Following his resignation, Tenebris Prime will retain the status of Visitor in relation to Earth.
The resignation concludes his official responsibilities under the Earth Envoy appointment, which he voluntarily assumed on 15 November 2013.
Retained Authority and Legal Status
The change concerns Tenebris Prime’s Earth-facing diplomatic role exclusively.
Tenebris Prime retains his established position and authority within the Imperial Federation of Omniverse (IFO), including:
• IFO Core Citizenship and recognised Clone Authority status.
• His personally held Clone Gestation and Command Licence, issued by the IFO Central Government.
• Legal Guardianship and licensed command authority over the Tenebris Clone population.
• Sole ownership of Tenebris Corporation, including his proprietary rights under IFO Law concerning its non-personal assets.
• Final strategic authority over Tenebris Corporation, its institutions, military forces and naval fleet.
These rights and responsibilities remain governed by the applicable laws and authority of the IFO.
Continuing Tenebris Operations
Tenebris Corporation will continue to administer its authorised institutional, commercial and operational activities under Tenebris Prime’s established authority.
His transition to Visitor status does not alter the ownership or command arrangements governing Tenebris Corporation and its associated institutions.
Future activities concerning Earth will remain subject to the applicable legal framework and relevant authorisations.
