Tenebris Corporation announces a substantial restructuring of its military, security, institutional and public-facing activities concerning Earth.
Effective 3 October 2026, Tenebris has terminated its Earth collective-defence arrangements and withdrawn its standing military and security presence from the planet and its surrounding orbital environment.
The restructuring establishes a reduced Earth-facing presence centred upon retained economic services and private senior-level political relations.
- Termination of Collective Defence
Tenebris-led collective defence of Earth has been terminated.
All Tenebris military forces previously deployed on Earth or in its surrounding orbital environment have been recalled.
The withdrawal encompasses associated military and security personnel, together with the removal or return of Earth-deployed infrastructure, including:
• Military and security installations.
• Command, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance facilities.
• Military logistics bases and associated support infrastructure.
• Tenebris military hospitals and Complex facilities.
• Orbital installations and related physical infrastructure.
The withdrawal concludes the standing Tenebris military and security presence previously maintained on or around Earth. - Continuation of Economic and Commercial Services
Tenebris Corporation will continue its authorised Earth-facing economic activities.
The following service arrangements remain in operation:
• Femto Credit access and authorised financial arrangements.
• Tenebris logistics services.
• Tenebris Gigs and associated employment services.
• Tenebris medical products and services.
• Other retained commercial and economic interfaces.
The termination of standing military infrastructure does not constitute a termination of these economic and commercial arrangements.
Continued services remain subject to their applicable contractual, operational and legal conditions. - Political and Diplomatic Relations
Tenebris will retain established channels of communication with relevant senior political and governmental counterparts.
Future political engagement will proceed principally through private communication, non-public understandings and senior-level negotiations.
Routine public-facing diplomatic engagement will cease.
Tenebris Prime’s approach to Earth-facing political relations has transitioned from idealistic diplomatic engagement and partial liberal accommodation towards comprehensive power diplomacy, centred upon capability, interests, leverage and direct negotiation.
This change concerns Tenebris Prime’s political and strategic approach to Earth. - Earth’s Administrative Classification
Under the administrative framework of the Imperial Federation of Omniverse (IFO), Earth is classified as an Unprotected State.
This classification is a matter of Federation administrative status, distinct from the corporate operational arrangements addressed in this notice.
Tenebris Corporation’s withdrawal concerns its own military, institutional and operational presence, exercised under the authority of Tenebris Prime and the applicable IFO legal framework. - Public Communication Arrangements
Routine public communication between Tenebris Corporation and the Earth public will cease.

The withdrawal does not transfer Tenebris Prime’s personal ownership, licensed Clone Authority, military command or strategic authority to any Earth institution.
The restructuring of Tenebris activities concerning Earth takes effect on 3 October 2026.
