These individuals have obtained Federation citizenship through the IFO’s individual naturalisation procedures and hold legal status within the Federation.
Naturalisation Authority
The selection, assessment and naturalisation of Earth-origin individuals fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the IFO Central Government.
The process involves individual pre-selection, consent verification, neurological screening, background assessment and the applicable citizenship approval procedures.
Naturalisation is conducted on an individual basis. It does not constitute a general immigration programme, a national admission quota or a collective arrangement involving Earth governments.
Legal Status
